Series 77 Pneumatic Actuated 3 Piece Ball Valve

Series 77 Pneumatic Actuated 3 Piece Ball Valve is a fully maintainable three piece, full bore isolating valve; providing a cost-effective solution for the 'shut-off' of medium flows on semi aggressive fluids. A pneumatically actuated reliable valve with Stainless Steel body and PTFE seat.

Actuation is either Single or Double acting with a range of configurable options including limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners.

In addition, our pneumatic quarter turn rack and pinion actuator is sized with a 30% safety factor built-in, requiring a pilot pressure of 5.5 Bar and benefits from a Namur interface for both pilot solenoid valve and switchbox.

Key features:

• Available in Screwed BSP, Butt Weld, Socket Weld or NPT, sizes: 1/4" to 4" (subject to configuration).
• Pressure range: 1000 PSI
• Temperature range: -20°C to 200°C.
• Features a blow-out proof stem.
